ITREN (Institute of Tissue Regeneration Engineering), established in Dankook University South Korea in 2007, is announced as a Priority Research Centre by the government. ITREN is a research institute covering interdisciplinary research fields in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering, from basic science to engineering to medicinal / dental applications. Institute focus areas include research collaboration, academic & research training, and technology transfer, aiming to act as an international reference in the field.
